Spain’s Taao Kross has been busy in the studio recently developing his sound, and in his first release of 2017, ‘The Primitives’, a collaboration with rising star Otto Orlandi, it is clear that the hard work has paid off for the Pacha Ibiza resident, as the result is a club-ready main-room banger set to ignite dancefloors across the globe.
The track is led by a catchy vocal and chanting sample in the first breakdown, which make way for a playful lead when the track drops that is guaranteed to fill even the biggest stages. Luscious piano chords are introduced as the chanting sample is further explored in the second break, before the lead crashes in, this time accompanied by an acid topline that is sure to get the party started.
With support on this from the likes of Dannic, Gareth Emery and Kid Massive already, the biggest names in dance music are clearly taking notice of this talent, ensuring Taao Kross starts 2017 as he means to go on, rising to the top of the dance music sphere.
