Electronic Music Sets During Quarantine

It’s Quarantine season, with all of us holed up in our houses courtesy the recent Coronavirus pandemic.

While the world is shaken by the current happenings and the drastic turn of events, the music community around the world took their own steps to help us pull through the current phase of isolation and social distancing. Easing this peculiar juncture of having free time yet being unable to move and socialize, multiple artists from across the globe took to the internet to put out brand new music and sets.

We compiled some of the best that we happened to enjoy during this phase and hope it leaves you dancing too!

Seb Leger

Best known for his downtempo and groovy progressive sound, Sebastian Leger plays a beautiful set out of Lisbon for Beatport’s exclusive ReConnected stream

Bonobo

Straight from Los Angeles, the one and only Bonobo also joins in as a part of Beatport’s ReConneted stream to raise funds for the ones working on the frontline to curb the Corona Virus. Catch him drop his signature light and breezy sound. Grab a glass of wine or a cold beer and this set will have you sorted through your afternoon

Helena Hauff

Electro queen Helena Hauff dishes out some hot tunes under the lockdown for Boiler Room. Catch the stream as she drops some hard-hitting tunes to get you dancing through your quarantine.

Lawrence Lee & Peter Fonda

Rinse FM host and curator Lawerence Lee digs out yet another gem from the underground and showcases it on his show “Altered States”. With a special guest mix from Peter Fonda, this one is going to get you shaking through your evening.

Hermanez

Nice and Dreamy, just as the label he frequently releases, All Day I Dream prodigy Hermanez goes live for his first-ever home session. Low tempo, groovy and melodic, this is one you can probably even meditate or unwind to

Lucy

Stroboscopic Artefacts boss man, Luca Mortellaro, aka Lucy streams an exclusive set straight out of his living room in Italy. Expect some hard techno, electro, and acid from this one.

WhoMadeWho

Perfect for your afternoons, WhoMadeWho sets out to whip up an exclusive guest mix for Keinemusik radio. Filled with melodies and vocals, this is a great set to keep you moving around, yet smooth enough to not have you jumping

Fjaak

Beating the quarantine, we’ve got the infamous weed advocating (and smoking, of course) duo Fjaak for a set that doesn’t essentially fall into a bracket or category. Versatile and so good, pop the champagne, roll them blunts and tune in

Call Super

Loaded with some chic and sleek tunes, Boiler Room got the one and only Call Super to throw in a great mix.

Dan Shake

London based Dan Shake spins out a nifty house and disco set and is sure to have you cavorting around your living room.
