Already making a name for themselves as Malta’s finest duo, AP and Husko get set for their ‘Round The Bend’ EP, marking their debut on Monki’s &Friends label.
Emerging from the glistening Maltese coast, AP & Husko have been making a name for themselves beyond their home city with tastemaker releases on the likes of Glasgow Underground, Pomme Frite, Bump Cut Records and Sour Edits.
Together, the pair have now garnered an impressive fanbase that includes the likes of Denis Sulta, Danny Howard, HAAi, Mella Dee, Artwork and more as well earning loyal support from Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1.
Also succeeding as solo artists in their own right, AP has continued to please tastemaker listeners with his niche house and disco sound with releases on the likes of Pomme Frite plus special vinyl releases on Sour Edits and Must Be On Wax.
Meanwhile, Husko has landed his solo groove on the likes of Toolroom, CUFF and Glasgow Underground.
Now joining forces once more, AP & Husko get set for their ‘Round The Bend’ EP that is already seeing approval from Jamie Jones, Fatboy Slim, Jansons, LEFTI, Riva Starr and others. Making for a disco fuelled EP, ‘Round The Bend’ boasts sun-kissed sax riffs that take centre stage alongside energetic loops and grooving hooks.
Meanwhile, b side Feel The Force continues the transportation to peak time day parties with funky horns and soul drenched disco samples, marking the ultimate nod to an uplifting summer ahead.
