Nearly a year after his impressive ‘Sad Robot’ EP, versatile bass producer Crankdat has returned to Monstercat with his cheeky yet aggressive new single, “Ding Dong.”

Drawing inspiration from the viral “Bing Bong” videos and memes, Crankdat infused similar sounds and vocals from the original into his own chaotic breakbeat version. In total alignment with the heavier styles he’s been flexing this year, “Ding Dong” is soon to be a summer festival stomper.

Crankdat shares, “‘Ding Dong’ is a 128 BPM breakbeat, dubstep, and house track. The first drop is bouncy and fun, and the second drop goes super heavy. I hope you guys like it!”

Proving to be one of the most promising acts in the space at just 25 years old, Crankdat has earned fervent support from household names like Marshmello, DJ Snake, The Chainsmokers, and more. This summer, Crankdat will take new music on the road with massive live dates including a headline show at Avalon with TYNAN and Cyclops, a Steve Aoki support set at Amnesia, and festival plays at Tomorrowland, Summerfest, Shaq’s Bass All-Stars, and more.
