UK Scene Shaper Curbi Unveils Bass House Record “Flying”

Following the release of “Vertigo,” one of his best-performing singles to date, UK house prodigy Curbi returned to Monstercat today, unleashing his new bass house record, “Flying.”

A complex mixture of melodic and heavy sounds, the single is a testament to Curbi’s boundary-pushing sound design as the soft pads and floating vocals fit in perfectly with the aggressive bass stabs and thumping drums.

Committed to showcasing all the complex flavors of his sound, Curbi is constantly challenging genre conventions and going against the grain of what his fellow peers are producing. With its alluring vocals and driving energy, “Flying” is yet another impressive offering from the talented producer, further cementing him as a tastemaker in the house space.

Curbi shares, “Super gassed to release this new melodic bouncy tune with Monstercat. I had a journey making it, and I hope you go through a journey listening to it!”

Having played the world’s biggest stages, including Mysteryland and Creamfields, Curbi is effortlessly becoming a household name with more club-ready weapons in his arsenal. Over the past two years, he’s skyrocketed to the top of the scene linking up with Tchami and AC Slater for two electrifying collaborations. This year, fans can look forward to seeing Curbi perform live as he embarks on his debut European headline tour with upcoming performances at Elements Festival, Freshtival, Tomorrowland and more.
