PREMIERE: New York Darling Petra Jarrar Delivers Anthemic Summer Single, “Love Again”

Often, love seems like as if it’s been plucked from a fairytale.

A random encounter, a chance meeting, or possibly being at the wrong place at the right time. Love can come from the most unexpected of ways. As if timed by providence, New York-based Pop darling, Petra Jarrar, encapsulated the feeling that we are currently starting to experience with life coming back to normal after the pandemic, with her single “Love Again”, releasing worldwide on July 2nd, 2021. With an ethereal production and Petra’s airy vocals, the song is the summer anthem of 2021, reminding us that love can come from the most random of places and from the most difficult of moments.

Taken from Petra’s own story of finding love before the pandemic. She was invited to tag along with her friends to a party, knowing full well that the party was at her ex-boyfriend’s. Expecting to leave more heartbroken than coming in, but as if by divine providence, she locked eyes with a mysterious stranger. Little did she know that this stranger would be Petra’s greatest romantic conquest, and once again finding love after a momentous heartbreak. Like many others after a horrible breakup, Petra swore off finding a partner ever again, and just like that, the right person came into her life when she was at her lowest. “Love Again” is a reminder to all that true love is right around the corner and waiting for you to be at the right place at the right time, even as we step out into the world and pull down our masks and be present in the world around us.
