UK production and DJ duo Snakehips – who have received huge acclaim for their releases over the past few years – have made their BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge debut alongside Danish pop sensation MØ.

The duo performed their massively popular hit, ‘Don’t Leave’, while also providing listeners with a pleasant surprise with a fine cover of Childish Gambino’s critically acclaimed single ‘Redbone’.

‘Don’t Leave’ has amassed over 350 million streams worldwide across various platforms combined, and their video for ‘Don’t Leave’ featuring MØ has amassed almost 8 million views by itself.

The track marks another success for Snakehips when it comes to their collaborations. The duo has already won an Ivor Novello and also managed to grab a Top 5 spot for their Platinum selling single ‘All My Friends’, featuring Tinashe and Chance The Rapper.

Their popularity has also seen them land bookings with some of the biggest music festivals in the world, such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Glastonbury and Bestival to name just a few.

Next up, Snakehips will take over London’s famed 02 Forum in Kentish Town – for which you can buy passes here.
