Above & Beyond Cancel Acoustic III Tour Till 2022

And here goes another painful blow to the music industry courtesy the COVID-19 pandemic.

Above & Beyond Acoustic tours are far and few, hence creating precious, memorable moments for anyone who is lucky enough to attend them. A&B Acoustic III was set to see the trio on tour with their entire acoustic set up starting off in the UK in April and then across America and Canada from May through July.

While they had to inevitably cancel their UK dates in April, they later had to go on to cancel the tour dates in Washington DC, Cleveland, Dallas, Austin, and Red Rocks. They had earlier announced that some shows would be postponed and the tickets would remain valid for the rescheduled shows, but that seems to have changed as per their latest announcement today.

The trio took to social media to today announce the entier tour stands cancelled until 2022!

Explaining how the Acoustic Tour is itself a major logistical challenge, they decided that in order to give the tour their best and a chance at success, they decided to focus their energies on letting the uncertainties of this time pass and bring the tour to life in Spring of 2022.

They also expressed since all shows now stand cancelled, they will be issuing a refund, and tickets will not hold good for future shows. However, acknowledging how difficult it was for fans to get hold of tickets which sell out very very soon, they said that everyone who registered for pre-sale this year will be notified about the new tour first.

They ended the heartfelt note saying “Music brought us together and music will keep us together” inviting fans to join their Twitch live streams for some ‘Virtual Group Therapy.’
