Every single year Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas only keeps getting bigger and better, and 2020 is no different.

As the festival is getting ready for its 10th anniversary, this year for the very first time they will be able to use the entire Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

RV hookups around the speedway rendered parts of the grounds unusable during the festival in the past, but as Insomniac Founder and CEO Pasquale Rotella announced in a recent post, this will no longer be the case. As he went on to explain, 100’s of these hookups on the speedway made those parts unusable leading to lesser space for production and dancing. The hooks being removed this year will result in “more dancing room at neonGARDEN, quantumVALLEY, more space around pixelFOREST, and better Raver Feng Shui overall!” said Rotella.

EDC Vegas is set to take place from May 15 – 17, 2020. While the lineup isn’t out yet and will be dropping on 2/20 on NightOwl Radio, we have no doubts it will be star-studded with the top of the top names in the industry as it always is. The sold-out event currently has a waitlist which attendees can join on the official website in case more tickets become available.

Earlier today, Rotella also shared multiple updates during the big “State of Insomniac” update. Some of the key takeaways included EDC Worldwide which will be announcing a number of new international events since 2021 will be the 25th year of EDC, Beyond Wonderland’s return to the Pacific Northwest, and enacting more extensive wellness programs addressing mental health issues and more.
