Guess it’s been a tricky time for music festival organizers across the globe these past few days! The reason we say that is because a fire broke out at the Ultra Music Festival 2019, happening in Miami.
Social media posts from attendees showed that the fire was considerably big and that it was close to the mainstage! The actual reason for the fire to break out is still unknown, but since it happened closer to the mainstage, we can speculate that it happened because of the fireworks in front of the main stage which is a common sight at any major festival.
Woah! Everyone be careful leaving @ultra! pic.twitter.com/ulKVdZef5E

Attendees also expressed disappointment about the shuttle service failing, as they had no shuttles to get back home!
Fire at @ultra from fireworks. No shuttles to head back home, very poorly organized event. Highly disappointed! #UMFfire #UMF2019

There are no reports if the fire spread across the surroundings, and that’s good news so far. Ultra Miami had just shifted from its original home in Bayfront Park to Virginia Key for this year’s edition.
