Kaskade becomes the first producer/DJ to perform at Grand Canyon Skywalk.

In a breathtaking two and a half-hour set, Kaskade performed against the background of the Grand Canyon skywalk.

The skywalk which has a see-through glass bottom towers 4,000 feet above the Grand Canyon floor. The horseshoe-shaped platform which extends seventy feet over the edge of the Grand Canyon and is strong enough to apparently hold 70 747 aeroplanes, played host to this absolutely stunning set which Kaskade seemed to enjoy to the core soaking it all in as he grooved along bare-footed.

The performance was live-streamed on YouTube and through the Be App. As the premier act for the Coke Studio Session’s 60 days of music, the video is now available in full on their YouTube. The 60 days of music series will also feature performances by Steve Aoki, Katy Perry, DJ Khaled, Bebe Rexha, the cast of Hamilton, and more. The Be App will continue the series, streaming over 100 events in support of the International Red Cross and the Red Crescent Campaign with options for fans to donate to COVID-19 relief efforts as reported by Dancing Astronaut.

The set that spanned from sunset through to dusk showcased breathtaking views of this wonder of the world accompanied by the perfect soundtrack. Made up almost of completely all Kaskade originals, the set also had a whole heap of IDs!

You can find the entire setlist on 1001 tracklists here. One of the unreleased tracks is a new collaboration with Project 46 which you can check out below.

Soaking it in almost in disbelief, Kaskade missed no chance to take in his stunning surroundings as the set continued from sunset to dusk and the skywalk lit up with equally stunning lights. One for the books? We’d sure have to say so.
