Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes during Grammy performance rehearsals? Well take a peek behind the curtain of Jack Ü’s Grammy performance.
Possibly the biggest night of their lives, The 2016 Grammys proved to be memorable for Skrillex, Diplo and Justin Bieber. Bieber won his first Grammy for his efforts in Jack Ü’s ‘Where Are Ü Now’ while Skrillex and Diplo also swooped up another Grammy that night for their album, ‘Skrillex & Diplo Present Jack Ü’. The duo even performed a live version of their track with Justin right up front centre stage.
Well, now its time to check out their rehearsals! (Especially since the live performance videos have been deleted off social media). The performance had Incubus’ Mike Einzeiger on the keyboard, Diplo on the keyboard and percussion, the Mars Volta’s Jon Theodore on the drums, and Skrillex taking the lead guitar. Nest HQ uploaded a behind-the-scenes video of the collaboration, showing the world what went into making their production a reality.
