Deadmau5 has taken to Twitter to drop the news his fans have been waiting for: his two-disc album is now complete.

The man in the mouse helmet, Deadmau5, known to friends and family as Joel Zimmerman, has revealed that he has completed work on his latest album, telling his Twitter followers that the new double record consists of “2 discs. 2 continuous mixes. 25 tracks” and is something he is proud of.

Last year, the 33-year-old producer told Rolling Stone that he’d been hard at work on new music, saying, “I’ve been going hardcore on production. I’ve got six, seven, eight, nine, 10 songs,” and in a video chronicling a coffee run with his lawyer, revealed that his new LP would be two discs.

In other news, he’s also received a generous offer from Miami’s Club Space after his recent distaste at playing in the city which resulted in a beef with Porter Robinson.

Taking to its Facebook page, Club Space published a status directed at the producer, outlining its wish to bring him to the venue and allow fans entry free of charge. Not only that, they’ve even given him up to $25,000 worth of expenses to cover his private plane and five-star hotel of his choice.

Deadmau5 may be keeping his cards close to his chest on the subject but Club Space have told fans to wait for a confirmed date.
