“Gecko” sees the young Dutch producer lead a house-orientated side step for the label – a move well-aligned with Tiësto’s more recent outreach to the deep house community via the Club Life After Hours concept. In spite of Heldens’ relative new school stripes, the track matches immediately infectious qualities with upfront production values, offering up one of Musical Freedom’s most exciting musical curve balls of 2013 by a long stretch.
