Enchanted Valley Carnival, India’s first and biggest camping music festival is set to roll on with its 4th edition at Aamby Valley City on 17th and 18th December. We’re listing down 5 reasons to look forward to this year’s edition!
1. Multi-genre Line-up
Of course, this is one reason to be excited about every possible music festival, but EVC this year have really mixed it up! Headlining the festival are Alan Walker, Flo Rida, Arijit Singh and Farhan Akhtar Live. Some more exciting artists on the line-up are Hot Since 82, Jeremy Olander, Arty and Deniz Koyu. With a diverse mix of artists ranging from EDM to Pop to Bollywood, the festival goers are surely in for a treat.
2. Plenty of local Talent
When it comes to local talent, there’s plenty of it at EVC 2016! We think this is one huge reason to be excited about this festival, since it’s very rare to see so much importance given to local talent at a music festival in India. Those playing at EVC include Arjun Kanungo, Badshah, Tuhin Mehta, MojoJojo, Sartek, Kohra, Joshi, Papon and Lost Stories to name a few.
3. Beautiful location
If there’s one reason that’s separated this music festival from some of the others, it’s the location of the festival. Set on the lush green hills in the scenic Aamby Valley City, this music festival offers views like no other, along with the music setup at an air strip and a designated festival arena. Now which other music festival can offer you something like this!
4. It’s more than music
Why should a festival be just about the music? How about we add some exciting adventure sports & workshops? EVC surely has all this and more! In fact, this year, they have added some new activities as well. Volleyball, Foosball table as well as an area for Human foosball, Foot Spa, Tarot card reading, Table tennis, Pool table and loads more.
Besides this, they also have the regular Jam sessions, silent party, bonfires at the campsite.
And of course, there’s a magical hot air balloon that offers fans an enchanting view of the entire site!
So if you’re not busy grooving to Arijit’s set, you’ll probably be riding an ATV Bike, riding a hot air balloon or who knows what else! That does sound like a good plan doesn’t it?!
5. Enchanted Village Experience
After a long and tiring day of music and activities, all you want to do is rest and maybe even party a little more! The good news for you is that you can do whatever you want at the Enchanted Village, the camping site at EVC, which will also have a bonfire to keep you warm on a chilly December weekend night.
