As the time approaches, the hype behind the Super Bowl starts building up, especially after their official announcement about the half-time show.

Since we are talking about one of the biggest sporting events in history, the halftime show has to be on another level.

Organizers, keep improving the show so we went from Shakira and Jennifer Lopez to the Weekend, and now the entire crew of hip-hop legends.

The 2022 Super Bowl haft time show will be one of the greatest, if not the greatest, shows ever not just in sport, but in music in general.

At this year’s Super Bowl, we will see Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, Eminem, and Snoop Dogg.

Yes, you read it write, Eminem and Snoop Dogg will be appearing on the same stage once again.

For some people who are not aware, this looks perfectly normal, but hip-hop fans know that the situation between these two rap legends heated up in the past couple of months.

It all started when Snoop Dogg decided not to include Eminem in his top 10 greatest rappers of all time.

It seems like Eminem took this very seriously and decided to rapid-fire with a couple of songs addressing the situation between them. He published a song called “Zeus” saying:

“And, as far as squashin’ beef, I’m used to people knockin’ me
But, just not in my camp
I’m diplomatic, ’cause I’m tryna be
Last thing I need is Snoop—doggin’ me
Man, dog, you was like a damn God to me
Man, not really (Haha)
I had dog backwards.”

Snoop Dog immediately responded trying to cool off the beef between them in an Instagram post saying:

“Back in the day if someone hated you, it meant you did something WRONG nowadays it means you did something RIGHT!!”

When Snoop was asked why he didn’t include Eminem in his top 10 list he responded that white rappers didn’t have any respect for rap. He said that Dr.Dre might think that Eminem is in the top 10 rappers of all time, but he disagrees with him.

What Does This Mean for the Super Bowl Show?

Fortunately, the two rap legends decided to put down their weapons and put an end to this feud. Eminem’s new song on the remix to Killer with Jack Harlow and Cordae has reviled that he and Snoop Dogg spoke and the beef is finally squashed.

It seems like Snoop Dogg realized the mistake he made and even admitted live on The Breakfast Club that he was out of pocket and he called Eminem to apologize. He added that he is not perfect and mistakes will be made.

Snoop Dogg also addressed the relationship with Eminem saying that he loves what he does and the thing that has kept hip-hop alive is the competitiveness between rappers through rap battles, something Eminem out of all people should understand.

Snoop Dogg respects Eminem’s work and they appreciate each other for what they do, in fact, they had a long conversation over the phone about how they talk to each other in public after Snoop decided to call Eminem for an apology.

Now since the beef is clear, it is time to get back to the old days and see some incredible rap legends collide on the same stage. The situation between Eminem and Snoop Dogg won’t impact the show as both of them have decided to shake hands and spread the word about it in the public.

Fortunately, fans will enjoy some incredible Super Bowl action and big hype during the half-time show. Meanwhile, you can learn how to bet on this event on edge.twinspires.com/nfl/how-to-bet-on-the-super-bowl/.

We also expect that both rappers will come on stage singing some of their old songs together, just to show that rap is more about respecting each other rather than battling for no significant reason.
