In a jaw-dropping twist at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex crimes trial, a male exotic dancer named Sharay Hayes, known as “The Punisher,” revealed that he was paid $800 to perform a provocative scene for Diddy and his then-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, at Trump Tower.
The testimony came on May 20 in Manhattan federal court, shedding new light on the complex and disturbing details of the case.
Hayes, 51, described being summoned to a Trump Tower hotel suite in the fall of 2012 where Cassie greeted him wearing a wig, a bathrobe, and nothing underneath. He explained that Cassie handed him a sack containing $800 and asked him to create a “sexy scene” where they would apply baby oil on each other, crafting an environment that Diddy would walk into. Despite the provocative setup, Cassie instructed Hayes not to acknowledge Diddy, avoid eye contact, and have no communication with him during the entire act.
This testimony adds to the growing pile of shocking revelations in the trial, which has been unfolding since opening statements on May 12. Cassie Ventura had already taken the stand for four days, giving emotional testimony about the abuse she allegedly suffered during her relationship with Combs, which lasted from 2006 to 2018. She accused him of physical, sexual, and verbal abuse, describing how he forced her into degrading acts and made her feel constantly anxious and confused.
One of the most chilling parts of her testimony was her claim that Combs recorded many of these abusive and humiliating moments, referring to the footage as “blackmail materials.” Ventura said she lived in fear for years that these videos would be leaked, as Combs had the means and resources to do so.
The stakes are incredibly high for Diddy, who was arrested in September 2024 and is now facing five serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted on all counts, he could face life in prison.
The exotic dancer’s testimony helps paint a more vivid picture of the alleged environment surrounding the abuse and manipulation at play. Hayes’ account not only confirms the disturbing control Combs allegedly exerted over those around him but also highlights the involvement of others in setting the stage for what Ventura described as harrowing experiences.
As the trial continues, the jury is left to consider these intense and complicated stories, weighing the evidence and testimonies that are coming to light. The case has sparked wide public attention, with many watching closely as the proceedings unfold in one of the most high-profile trials involving a music mogul in recent years.
