In a shocking social media tirade, Kanye West took aim at Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s children, making bizarre and unfounded claims about their conception.
The rapper, known for his history of erratic online behavior, alleged that Beyoncé used IVF to conceive her and Jay-Z’s 7-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir Carter. The now-viral post has reignited a long-standing feud between the former collaborators.
West’s latest outburst was posted on X (formerly Twitter) before he deleted it, only to claim that Jay-Z “made” him take it down. He later doubled down, calling Jay-Z a “p—y a–” and insisting that his Twitter is a ‘one-way conversation.’
This attack is the latest in a series of bizarre rants from West, whose public spirals have included anti-Semitic remarks, conspiracy theories, and feuds with fellow celebrities. His actions have resulted in major brands severing ties, including Adidas and Balenciaga.
West’s feud with Jay-Z dates back years. Once close collaborators, tensions reportedly arose when Jay-Z and Beyoncé skipped Kanye’s wedding to Kim Kardashian in 2014. West later claimed that their children, Blue Ivy and North West, never had a playdate, fueling speculation of a deeper rift. In 2016, West went on a stage rant about Jay-Z not reaching out after Kardashian’s Paris robbery, further straining their relationship.
In 2017, Jay-Z fired back in his song “Kill Jay-Z”, calling West “insane” and questioning his loyalty. Although the two appeared to reconcile briefly, West’s latest comments may have irreparably damaged their relationship.
Representatives for Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and Kanye West have yet to comment on the incident. Meanwhile, fans have expressed outrage over West dragging children into his ongoing feuds. Social media users have labeled his behavior as disturbing and inappropriate, with many calling for further consequences for his public outbursts.
