Khloé Kardashian is once again opening up about the most painful chapter of her past – her marriage to Lamar Odom – and fans are floored by how raw and unfiltered her story is.
On the April 16 episode of Call Her Daddy, Khloé spilled the full truth about the night she caught Lamar cheating on her at a seedy motel in Downtown L.A. and how it led to a bloody, emotional explosion.
Khloé, now 40, recalled that she was around 26 at the time and still very much married to Lamar. She found out where he was staying and went straight to the motel. Looking through the window, she saw her then-husband and another woman – either naked or in lingerie. Without hesitation, she knocked on the door. Shockingly, they answered.
That’s when she says she “went ballistic.” The encounter turned physical -not necessarily with the people in the room, but with the surroundings. Khloé ended up with bloody knuckles. The next morning, instead of processing what happened, she slapped on some bandanas to hide the damage and showed up at her niece Penelope’s cowboy-themed birthday party like nothing had happened.
Lamar, she said, was stunned that she even found him. “He could not understand how I knew where he was,” she told podcast host Alex Cooper. “I don’t give a s—. I’m not telling anybody anything. And why are you in a motel in Downtown L.A. at 3 in the morning?”
Khloé didn’t stop there. When asked just how far she’s gone to get intel on a man, she admitted to putting trackers on people’s cars. She hates the idea that women get labeled “crazy” for doing what they need to do to protect themselves from lies and betrayal. “Do not act like you did not put me in this position and you did not make me be this psychopath,” she said. For Khloé, it became a cycle of obsession and addiction – one she says she’s now free from and hopes never to return to.
This isn’t the first time she’s talked about being cheated on by Lamar. Back in 2016, Khloé revealed in a Howard Stern interview that she had no idea her husband was cheating for most of their marriage. “Love is blind… I never speculated cheating,” she said. “So I didn’t know until before the DUI in 2013.” Lamar later admitted his deep regret in a 2019 interview with PEOPLE, saying, “I wish I could have been more of a man. It still bothers me to this day.”
Fast forward to 2025, and the former couple had an awkward reunion in the season 6 premiere of The Kardashians. The meetup happened at Malika Haqq’s house and marked the first time Khloé and Lamar had seen each other in nine years. Afterward, Khloé vented to Kendall and Kylie about how she’s sick of being treated like a doormat by the men in her life.
“I get offended, whether it be Tristan or Lamar, where these people do these outrageous things and then they see me again and act as if nothing happened,” she said. “Or they’re like, ‘Oh, I wish I could put my tongue down your throat.’” She added, “What does it say on my forehead? ‘F—— doormat?’”
Khloé’s done being walked over and only appreciated after the damage is done. “Why don’t you think I’m great before?” she said. “It’s really insulting.”
After everything – infidelity, heartbreak, public humiliation – Khloé Kardashian has had enough. And honestly, who could blame her? Her story isn’t just reality TV drama; it’s a reminder of what it takes to reclaim your power when people keep trying to tear you down.
