Them&Us, the band made up of esteemed beatboxer Killa Kela and ex-Basement Jaxx singer Ami Carmine, have been building their reputation over the last couple of years with their combination of epic, cinematic tunes, a bold image and awesome live shows.
All this is building up to a new EP titled ‘Chapter 1: And So It Begins’ produced by James Rushent (The Prodigy), Greg Wells (One Republic) and Eliot James (Bloc Party) and a subsequent remix EP featuring Roska, Drumsound & Bassline Smith and this astounding remix by RuN RiOT that has been featured by Your EDM (“An old school banger with new school flair…A phenomenal modern take on the breaks sound.”) and Clash (“explosive, entrancing pop music”)
As if that wasn’t enough, the group are also offering the runners-up from their recent ‘Sleep Talk’ remix contest as free downloads. The first two are Simsie’s beautiful creepstep version and Neidlos’ topline-driven anthemic remix. More remixes to follow over the coming weeks.
