Global Underground ‘Nubreed#12’ compilation curated by Denney to be released soon!

As Global Underground continues to nurture and foster momentum in developing new talents, it releases the fourth back-to-back release of Nubreed which is going to be out later next month. This package ‘Nubreed#12’ is going to be curated by the Back to Basics and Viva Warriors resident, Denney.

Set out to be released on Friday, the 28th of September 2018, it will be out as a double CD along with digital and streaming formats.


Comprising of 29 tracks from the like of legendary artists like Andy Cato, Danny Howells, Brian Cid, Kerri Chandler, Layo & Bushwacka!, it also features a bandwagon of new talent like Catz ‘N Dogz, Audiojack, Franky Rizardo, and Eelke Kleijn.

The album is also set to release a vinyl of four exclusive tracks which will be out much later on the 16th of November 2018. The tracks that will be featured on this are, ‘Genena’ by Denney, ‘Dirty Waltzer’ by The Soul Man (Denney’s Nubreed Edit), Richie Blacker & Loeca’s ‘Angel’ and ‘Illuminate’ by Tim Weeks.

Denney intends to and does uphold the classic reputation of GU in delivering some incredible mixes along with reviving the charm that was brought about by tracks from Son of Raw, Joeski and DJ Chus, John Creamer and Stephane K.

The Global Underground brand, has amazing names in its roster, bringing forth talents like Steve Lawler, Sandler Kleinenberg, Lee Burridge and Satoshi Tomiie in its Benchmark Nubreed album series. It has also launched Habischman, Oliver Schories and Theo Kottis in the most recent releases of the album.

Denney’s adventure began at the famed underground club, Sugarshack at the Empire. As a DMC teenage finalist and the youngest Mixmag ‘Future Of Hero,’ he decided to be a DJ ever since. He also received support from BBC Radio 1 with his track being featured ‘Essential Mix’. After the release of ‘Ultraviolet’, he released the remix of Mekon’s ‘What’s Going On’ which was also supported by Annie Mac.

It’s quite exciting to see what’s in store from this as-usually epic compilation of legendary music and the newest talent.
