RMA Interview - RMA Discusses His Latest Release on 2-Dutch Deep,

Hailing from Germany, RMA is increasingly known for his explosive style of electronic dance music – with previous cuts signed to revered labels including Axtone, Capitol Records & Sirup Music. Now as he delves deeper into darker soundscapes, we caught up with RMA to discuss his latest output, ‘Show U’ released on 2-Dutch Deep.

Here’s what went down!

T.H.E – Thanks for joining us RMA & welcome to T.H.E – Music Essentials! Having a good start to the new season?

RMA – Thanks! Yes, I’ve been busy working on new music productions and releases.

T.H.E – Let’s discuss your latest track, ‘Show U’ – what inspired this deeper cut & the change-up in style?

RMA – I wanted to try something new & different. Thankfully it worked out!

T.H.E – You started your music career playing Hip-Hop, under the alias DJ Rapmaster A – what year did you start breaking into the EDM scene?

RMA – It was in 2014, with my first EDM release ‘Nowhere’.

T.H.E – Is this the first time you’ve signed to 2-Dutch Deep?

RMA – Yes, and I hope we will keep working together on more releases in the future. The guys of 2-Dutch are very experienced and professional!

T.H.E – What was it like working alongside Fatman Scoop, on your previous release ‘Lick U’?

RMA – I’ve known Fatman Scoop for many years. It was a big pleasure to work with such a talented artist.

T.H.E – What artist would you most like to collaborate with in the future?

RMA – There are at least 4: Ummet Ozcan, Don Diablo, EDX and Tiësto.

T.H.E – And lastly, do you have any other releases in the pipeline?

RMA – Of course! I’m going to release at least five new tracks in 2020, so be excited.
