Check out what Trunks gets up to outside creating music below.

T.H.E – What did you want to be when you were younger?

Trunks – I wanted to be a pro football player, I played on my middle school football team. I would go to practice everyday with that goal in mind, the first game I got hit so hard that I forgot what football was.

T.H.E – What are some of your other hobbies?

Trunks – I play a lot of video games if I’m not making music, I am really good at Madden and even considered going pro at that. I also like to bowl when I need to get out of the house.

T.H.E – Who is your hero?

Trunks – Definitely, my mother, she is an amazing woman and I have seen her grow so much. She is writing books, she was a teacher and vice principal. She is always helping people and it makes me want to do the same.

T.H.E – Favorite food?

Trunks – Shrimp is and always will be my favorite! I can honestly live off of shrimp for the rest of my life. Have you ever had bacon wrapped shrimp? It’s amazing!

T.H.E – Best childhood memory?

Trunks – I wanted a Go Kart for Christmas and I remember walking into the room with the Christmas tree and found nothing. My mom asked me to go get the mail from the mailbox, which was weird to me because the mail didn’t come on Christmas. I got to the mailbox and heard a buzzing sound, I looked down the street and saw my dad driving up to me in a brand new Go Kart!

T.H.E – What’s the worst job you have ever had?

Trunks – My first job was working as a janitor at a middle school during Summer school. I don’t want to talk about it… it was horrible being only fifteen years old working as a janitor.

T.H.E – Favorite film?

Trunks – Oceans 11 is such a fun movie to me, it has everything that I love all in one. I love Vegas as a setting for movies and also the chemistry between the characters makes the movie fun to watch. Also, the way they pulled off the robbery was genius.

T.H.E – What does your perfect weekend look like?

Trunks – Waking up and working on music until I have a gig that night. Repeat that process Saturday and Sunday. Also, a trip to the lake on a jet ski if time permits.

T.H.E – What motivates you?

My son motivates me to keep going, I want to show him that you should never give up on your dreams and that hard work plus dedication pays off.

T.H.E – Where would you love to travel?

Trunks – Rome is on the top of my list; I really want to see the Coliseum. Hopefully, I can have some shows there soon.

T.H.E – Best TV series?

Trunks – Stranger Things is the best TV show, I am a huge fan of the kids growing up and going on adventures with their friends’ type of stories.

T.H.E – What is on your bucket list?

Trunks – Skydiving, surfing and maybe driving a racecar. I don’t really have a bucket list; I probably need to make one.

T.H.E – What is a fact about you that surprises people?

Trunks – I’m adopted, that usually makes for a good conversation starter.

T.H.E – If money didn’t matter, what would your dream job be? (Other than music)

Trunks – Fighter jet pilot would probably be on the top of my list if money didn’t matter. Also, if I could have an invincible plane that would be cool.

T.H.E – What is your go-to karaoke song?

Trunks – I’ll go with Queen “Radio Gaga” or any Queen song actually. I’m confident in my Queen song knowledge.
