Andromedik began his journey with Liquicity in 2018; with main inspirations which include Netsky, Dimension, Sub Focus, and Maduk, it’s no surprise that he’s graduating to become one of the pivotal members within Liquicity’s roster.
Getting his name from the Andromeda Galaxy, he follows in a succession of the label’s biggest names. And after a host of singles released on the imprint, amassing tens of thousands of streams, he’s just dropped another massive record on the platform. He delivers this in the form of the forthcoming track ‘I See You’ featuring RIENK.
With RIENK also being a frequent face within the Liquicity release catalog, it’s a collaboration that sets anticipation for the label’s vast fan base. Uplifting vocals punctuate the dancefloor twists of Andromedik’s production as he pushes emotion within the track’s every segment.
Played during his set at Liquicity Prague, with a stellar last-minute session covering for Maduk, it raises the producer and DJs profile once more. Still only just beginning his journey, he’s proving his weight amongst his counterparts and his set at Liquicity Prague goes to highlight this point. He’s certainly one to watch over the coming months.
Fred V & Grafix – Hydra: I recently rediscovered this tune and listen to it daily now. The melody is so complex yet easy to follow, which is very impressive. The halftime drop also really suits the vibe of this track.
Lexurus & Polygon- Waveline: Although this tune came out only last year, it already feels like a classic. Also big up to Andreas Dualistic for killing it on the vocals on this one.
Pirapus – Obsession (ft. Christina Harrison): The boys from Pirapus sent me this tune last summer and I have played it in every set ever since. I think they are one of the most exciting newcomers to the scene and this track shows exactly why.
Netsky – Give & Take: This one takes me back to the days that I first got into drum & bass. Timeless banger.
NCT – Afterlife: I have been following NCT’s music since I first got to know Liquicity back in 2012 and they have been consistently putting out bangers. Afterlife really embodies their uplifting sound. When the Astrophysical album dropped I mainly listened to the title track itself, but this tune slowly took over as my favourite track by them!
