Following a year of global performances and high-profile collaborations, GUZ raises the temperature with upbeat house weapon ‘Gonna Be Mine’ alongside Sydney Jo Jackson via Sink or Swim.
First making waves in the dance scene with massive records like Dancing Kinda Close and U Got My Love, 1001 Tracklist’s 11th Best Producer, GUZ, has amassed worldwide acclaim releasing powerful dance hits on labels like Toolroom, Tomorrowland, and Insomniac. Recent collaborations such as D4 D4NCE single Thin Line has amassed over 14M Spotify streams, landed no.1 on the Beatport House Chart as well as KISS FM’s ‘Kiss Dance Anthem’ title, and gathered support from BBC Radio 1 and KISS FM.
With collaborations with the likes of Ferreck Dawn, Camden Cox, Hayley May, Stevie Appleton and more under his belt, GUZ has performed at global stages across Belgium’s Tomorrowland and Ostende Beach Festival, Amsterdam’s ADE, and looks toward supporting Daytrip in LA’s State Historic Park alongside Markin Ikin and Max Low in addition to performing at Buitensporig Festival in the Netherlands, Tommorland’s Terra Solis stage, and Germany’s World Club Dome.
Meanwhile, UK singer/songwriter Sydney Jo Jackson traverses genres from funk, R&B, pop, to house. The rising singer-songwriter, and model recently sang background vocals with the Scottish GeO Gospel Choir for legendary singer Emeli Sandé at Abbey Road Studios and has collaborated with artists like Marvin Aloys and Framed Stories.
The two artists now unite for a track for the dancers and sun-seekers. Recently performing Gonne Be Mine at the Netherland’s Lake Dance Festival and Groove Garden together to enthusiastic crowds, GUZ and Sydney Jo Jackson drop a catchy heater filled with rich vocal melodies, vibrant house bounce, and scintillating sunset undercurrents.
