KUURO (cure-oh) continues to wreak havoc with their newest Monstercat release “Rapture” featuring MC Mota.
One of the highest energy tracks from the duo, “Rapture” tears through the speakers and introduces itself as a force to be reckoned with. The 150 BPM drums ignite the track and lead way to the lyrical prowess and demonic sound of MC Mota, culminating in a drop guaranteed to smash any dance floor or festival.
“’Rapture’ is actually one of the first KUURO songs we ever made and has been sitting as an instrumental for a long while,” said Luke Shipstad. “We had been looking for a specific vocal style and when we found MC Mota, we knew it was the perfect fit. He normally doesn’t stray away from drum n’ bass, but we were really excited when he said yes,” added Jordin Post.
“Rapture” is a relentless assault on the speakers and is sure to make its way to festivals and main stages throughout the year. With multiple upcoming releases ready to emerge from the shadows, KUURO is poised to be an act that takes their vision to the stage and dominates the dance world in 2017 and beyond.
