Just two weeks after their celebrated Monstercat debut, Anamanaguchi returns to the label with their second single for Psyonix’s new mobile game, Rocket League Sideswipe.

In collaboration with influential UK producer Flux Pavilion, they bring fans and gamers alike a fitting anthemic mix of ethereal vocals and soaring synths in “Dreams.” The single sits alongside Anamanaguchi’s latest hyper-pop original, “Water Resistant (feat. 8485)” as part of the official Sideswipe Soundtrack, launching today with eight other Monstercat favourites, here.

Flux Pavilion describes the track as, “A sweeping love song like the moments after your first kiss.”

As resident figures in the gaming space, this batch of new music from Anamanaguchi is a primer for their forthcoming live experience in 2022. Starting January, they’ll embark on a Scott Pilgrim vs.

The World tour, performing the full video game soundtrack for the first time to audiences across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and more dates to be announced. For Flux, “Dreams” is further proof of his career move away from dubstep that he announced earlier this year, alongside his masterful analog synth album ‘.wav’.
