After the performance at Kideko & George Kwali’s Summer Party at the Arch Brighton, Après has now come out with a fantastic new track ‘Run Free’ on the prestigious ‘Nothing Else Matters’.
‘Run Free’ is one of the most infectious songs you’d have listened to in the recent past. With a rush of bassy tunes right from the first second, the track maintains the upbeat demeanor. The highlight is the incredible voice of Lauren L’aimant, a British singer from St Albans which just melts into the masterful production as he goes onto say “I Wanna Run Free, And I Keep Moving, Ain’t No Mistaking And You’re Forsaken”.
Releasing ‘Run Free’ on Danny Howard’s label, ‘Nothing Else Matters’, Danny stated: “Everyday I’m discovering new tracks and extremely talented artists. Aside from supporting them on air and on the dancefloor, I’ve always wanted a way to help even more people hear these incredible sounds.”
Danny’s label holds a weekly residency every summer at BCM in Majorca, regularly throws parties on the Terrace at Amnesia in Ibiza, hosted a stage at the prestigious SW4 festival last August, with many more live events planned for 2018.
Après is a music producer and DJ, born in Kent that studied Music Technology at Falmouth University and currently lives in London.
His debut release in January 2015, ‘Chicago’ was first premiered by Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1 and was given a full release on record label, SubSoul, garnering over 2 million streams on Spotify. He has received support from the likes of Pete Tong, Laurent Garnier, Faithless, Claptone, Riva Starr & The Magician.
Since his first success, Après has released original tracks on SubSoul, Love & Other & Eton Messy Records as well as official remixes for artists like Roger Sanchez, Eli & Fur, Snakehips & many more.
His DJ career has seem him travel internationally, supporting names like Disclosure, Annie Mac & DJ EZ and playing guest mixes for numerous radio shows internationally, including BBC Radio 1Xtra, Kiss FM & Pioneer Radio. Most recently, Après has started his own, weekly radio show for Kiss Fresh in London.
This particular track is sure to set to plunge his career ahead as he is set to perform at the Blonde x ClubMTV event on 1st August in Archspace London.
