Following a triumphant year in 2016, Aston Merrygold prepares to kickstart 2017 in style by unleashing his brand new track One Night in Paris.
The track flawlessly transitions from the Disco-funk fuelled Get Stupid, the high-octane I Aint Missing You, and the stripped-back and emotive ballad, Too Late.
Displaying a versatile approach to his craft, Aston completely shifts gears on One Night In Paris, rising far beyond what fans may expect from him by incorporating funky guitar rifts, which help steer the sound of the track away from stereotypical pop.
Aston explains, “One Night in Paris is a fun, sexy, ‘Prince inspired’ song, a different sound to anything I’ve put out so far. It’s a track I’ve loved since the day we wrote it and I am excited to share it.”
