Ilan’s mix brilliantly gets under the skin of the Emma Hewitt written-&-sung gem.
One of Cosmic Gate’s most successful releases, “Be Your Sound”, which features Emma Hewitt on the vocals, is set to receive a remix from the able hands of Ilan Bluestone. After more than 3 million Spotify streams and 15 million views on YouTube, the track is set to get a new touch!
Deep, intense vocals and an upbeat tempo open the track in a conventional manner. The gentle synths play their part behind the surface, while the ethereal vocals take the lead of the track’s direction. Slowly building up the momentum, the track heads to towards a drop that is captivating and energetic, making you want to jump right away! Fading away into the climax, it gives you an experience that’s fulfilling.
The London-based producer has made a name for himself ever since he revealed his first solo release in 2012, on Anjunabeats. His music includes the hit-making tracks like “Big Ben “, “Under My Skin”, and “Spheres” which was also supported by Pete Tong.
From his celebrated “On Our Own”, a collaboration with Israeli producer Maor Levi, to his eastern inspired “Namaste” and the incredible remix of “Remolino”, to remixing for Paul Van Dyk on the recent track “I Don’t Deserve You”, Bluestone has the ability to shower music lovers with his uplifting, original material and brilliant remixes of some of the best dance music today.
With a number of tracks that hit the Beatport Trance charts, the artist is fast-rising and has thus received support from Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, and Seven Lions. His touring schedules have been jam-packed and has taken him to many revered stages across the globe.
There’s certainly a lot more than we can expect from the artist and we’re excited to see what he’s got in store! Give this remix a good listen and leave your comments below! Download the track here.
