Dani Thorne just dropped her new single, ‘That’s My Name’, a hypnotic collab with Luxtides that sets the tone for her debut EP.

Right out of the gate, ‘That’s My Name’ hits with a throbbing beat that pulls you into its dark, underground world. It’s moody, pulsing, and unapologetically bold. Alongside the track, Dani dropped a killer music video that looks like it walked straight out of a cyberpunk fever dream. She’s decked out in a black leather jacket with devil-horned shoulders, a neon green Mac desktop from the ’90s glows in the background, and Everlast punching bags give the set gritty gym-meets-warehouse rave vibes. It’s bold, it’s weird, and it’s so her.
This single isn’t just a one-off, it’s the first drop from Dani’s upcoming debut EP, and it’s setting the tone in a big way. Releasing April 25th on Dim Mak, ‘That’s My Name’ shows that Dani’s not playing around when it comes to staking her claim in the techno scene.
