NYC based DJ/Producer DJ Xplicit is back with another sure-fire heater in the form of ‘Different’ ft. Ameria.
The second single to come from the rising star since his signing to Disco:wax last year, ‘Different’ is available to stream now via all platforms.
Opening up with Ameria’s sultry vocals and a tantalising tinkling beat, DJ Xplicit builds momentum, weaving in spiralling synths into a larger-than-life trap infused drop. Keeping the bouncing bass building, the talented producer keeps listeners on their toes with a fast-paced frenetic soundscape. No stranger to the dance music scene, DJ Xplicit first entered the electronic music realm at just 13 years of age, and hasn’t looked back since. Indulging his passion for music, Vick started off as an on-air radio host for AListRadio.net, quickly landing a position as a DJ on Sirius XM. His natural flair for production saw him called upon to produce a number of chart-topping hits such as ‘Driver’ for Gyptian, ‘On A Mission’ for Richie Loop and ‘Hard and Dun’ for T.O.K. His 2015 release ‘Love Breeze’ peaked at #8 on the iTunes Top 200 and put him on the map for yet more collaborations with major electronic labels such as Kontor Records, and most recently Disco:wax. 2020 proved a pivotal moment for DJ Xplicit, as his first release for Disco:wax ‘Black and Blue’ made waves with talent and tastemakers alike, earning him much deserved global recognition.
