Karen Harding returns to Ultra Records just before the Holiday season in collaboration with producer/DJ maestro Eden Prince to bring a wholesome Dance & Acoustic re-interpretation of Wham’s Christmas classic ‘Last Christmas’.
The ‘Last Christmas’ original by Wham! needs no introduction having charted 19 times in the UK since it was released in 1984, 8 of those being top 10 positions.
To add, it has achieved the astounding multi-Platinum certification in 9 countries and additional Platinum certifications in 5 more countries. In 2022 it gets a completely fresh take on it courtesy of two of the UK’s brightest Dance Music talents in Eden Prince and Karen Harding.
The EP features both an energy-full Dance version to keep the party going long into the night and another truly heart-warming version (the acoustic) to sit by the fire and relax to.
Master of wrangling old-school house melodies with an authentic modern touch, Eden Prince is known for breakout EP Memories, which received extensive support from BBC Radio 1 tastemakers such as Annie Mac, Diplo, Scott Mills and more. Eden has graced the covers of several playlists and remixed a plethora of artists including Lauv, Roger Sanchez, Aluna, Diplo, Years & Years, Basement Jaxx and more.

About the collaboration Eden says “With the holidays on the way, it was a really fun experience to team up with one of my favourite vocalists on one of the best Christmas songs ever made. I hadn’t heard many Christmas dance songs before and thought it would be cool to try it out. Karen absolutely smashed this one and delivered an amazing performance”.
