Canadian producer – FWLR, after his previous single ‘Numb’ that was very successful, has come out with a new single – How We Win, via Monstercat. The track also gets a remix by JELO, which is a bonus to the listener.

The track starts with a very bad-ass vibe, with rumbling sounds leading into thumping beats, which is really powerful in its presentation. Having a very aggressive feeling to it, it continues into the melody of the electric guitar in the interlude transiting into a powerful drop. The vocals reinforce the energy of the track and keep you hooked to it.

The remix by JELO is something that has all the potential to become a festival banger! It truly has an upbeat and energetic vibe that is quite infectious.

FWLR’s Electronics Engineering gave him the competence to create his own unique brand of electronica. He is one artist who has slowly evolved his music over the past 5 years. He believes in the true nature of music, rather than getting all flashy, and short-lived glamour. Nick has drawn his inspiration from the like of artists such as The Aphex Twin, Noisia, and BT. His music is often described as a fluidic, and intelligent. With his dedication to curate an original kind of music, he sure seems to be heading towards a great career ahead.

JELO is a Canadian prime of Electronic Music. For 2 decades, from 1995 he was on tour rocking dance floors and pushing a sound best described as explosive. His style of music and presentation is unique and anyone who’s partied to his sets would swear to it. His music has been played by DJs like Pete Tong, Umek, Gareth Emery, Moguai, Kill The Noise, Bad Boy Bill, Morgan Page, Mat Zo, Above and Beyond, Funkagenda, Donald Glaude, DJ Dan and more. Many of Canada’s top dance music producers chose to collaborate with JELO because he has the exact notion of what moves dance floors. Some of these collaborations brought forth certified anthems such as “The Reward is Cheese”, a collab with deadmau5, which became a bonafide #1 hit on beatport.com and an Electro-House anthem the world around. A secondary track with deadmau5 “Cat on a leash” was used for promotions on Beatport and became one of the most downloaded free tracks ever on the site.

FWLR’s production skills are exemplified in this banger of a track and receiving a mix from JELO adds more fuel to the success of the original as well. Which one do you like better?
