Gigi Vega Drops A Hot R&B Track, “Down Crazy”

Gigi Vega’s “Down Crazy” is the latest single from Breakout Music released in July.

A cheesy R&B summer-pop track, “Down Crazy” was written and performed by Gigi, taking aim at her ex-lover’s desire to change things back to their old ways. Her message is loud, clear and quirky. Blaq N Mild’s production has made this an upbeat sing-along you can’t help but dance to. Roland Tabor’s choreography and Gigi Vega’s charisma contribute heavily to the music video’s radiance.

The singer-songwriter has been writing music since she was 12 years old and grew up in the studios around Berklee in Boston, Massachusetts. Her father is a jazz musician which gave her a good foundation in music theory. In her youth, she played every possible musical theatre kid’s role, which led her to enroll in the prestigious Boston Conservatory at Berklee, which she chose not to attend and pursued her career in LA instead. She is a regular on iHeartRadio stations all over the country and has charted on TOP 40, Hot AC, R&B, & AC radio stations.

With “Down Crazy,” Gigi has officially gone national as the track has charted at #3 on iTunes and #19 on Billboard, with the music video crossing over 5M views on YouTube.
