Continuing on her ascent to the top, Australian producer Godlands today released her sonically ambitious four-track EP, ‘GODSP33D’.

Proving her meticulous attention to detail while effortlessly mastering a niche all her own, Godlands delivers a slice of unadulterated trap at the heart of her artist project. From the breakneck distortion on “SCUMBAG” to the melodic bass sensibilities on “ALL NIGHT,” the package runs the gamut of underground, club, and festival-fit records in a punchy taste of more to come this year.

Godlands shares, “Coming out of the depths of the pandemic to create this EP was something that not only scared me but also challenged me. The momentum of my life and career had significantly changed as did everyone’s. However, it allowed me to really stop and figure out what I wanted and what type of artist I wanted to be. I had the chance to hone in on my techniques and learn new ones, while focusing on improving myself and my craft. This EP shows a step above what I have produced prior and has a lot more cohesiveness.”

Arriving with US Pride month, the EP celebrates the queer producer’s left-field approach, with the title-track already earning her triple j Unearthed recognition. This summer, Godlands will take ‘GODSP33D’ on the road across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, hitting storied venues like Lion Arts Factory, Amnesia Nightclub, and more.
