House Music DJ/Producer Erick Morillo Arrested and Charged with Sexual Battery

The Columbian – American DJ/Producer/Record label boss has been arrested and charged with sexual battery on a woman.

According to the local news report, the incident is alleged to have taken place at his residence in Miami Beach in December.

From the start of the investigation, Erick Morillo has actively denied accusations thrown towards him. However, he has now turned himself into the local authorities after the results from the rape kit tested positive for his DNA.
Police officials have stated that both Morillo and the accuser were both working as DJs at the private event held on Star Island.

The accuser also confessed that she was intoxicated at the time of the incident and that she found an empty room to sleep at Morillo’s residence. The accuser reported that she was naked on the bed while Erick was standing on side of the bed while being nude.
