The original has now amassed over 31.5 million Spotify streams in under 7 weeks and currently holds the #1 spot on the UK iTunes chart, #1 on The Vodafone Big Top 40 chart, and #3 in the Official UK chart. Along with this, the single has also reached #1 in the Shazam Top 200 and the official video has already reached 10 million hits to date. With the official remixes out today, ‘Perfect Strangers’ is on track to make Jonas Blue a household name.

First to retouch the single is Grant Nelson who revives his legendary UK Garage/2-step moniker Bump & Flex to craft a mix that resonates golden age UKG. The track fuses 90’s bass/garage elements with fierce percussion, a rolling bass-line and ‘Bump & Flex’ whispers throughout – transforming the original into a club-set staple.

The second remix comes from Dutch dance titan Gregor Salto who was another obvious choice to remix ‘Perfect Strangers’. With a wealth of releases on Spinnin Records and having already remixed for the likes of Rihanna, J-Lo, Rita Ora, Nicky Romero, Axwell, Bob Sinclar and Roger Sanchez – he experiments with electronic elements, reworking the Jonas Blue classic with big room beats.

Following on from his huge remixes for MØ, Troye Savan & Major Lazer – fresh UK talent Jerome Price pays homage to the UK Deep house scene in his rendition of ‘Perfect Strangers’, adding more depth to JP Cooper’s vocals and the record as a whole.

Rounding off the remixes is Portuguese powerhouse Pedro Carrilho. Following his remix of ‘Fast Car’, Pedro was chosen again to inject ‘Perfect Strangers’ with his big room sound. Transcending across a diverse electronic soundscape, he has cleverly crafted the original into a progressive house anthem – further proof that each artist has gone above and beyond for their rendition of ‘Perfect Strangers’.

Over the past year, Jonas’ touring schedule has taken flight in a big way with Jonas playing to huge crowds ranging from 100,000 people at the Azteca Stadium in Mexico City, to the main stage at the legendary Webster Hall in NY.
