Following recent monster smash ‘Insane’ on SKINK, Justin Prime put out another fresh record. Made in collaboration with Dutch duo We Are Loud, ‘Drowning’ is released on Amsterdam-based record company Armada Music and emanates a fresh sound like no other.
Fellow Dutchmen Justin Prime and We Are Loud first met during last year’s Amsterdam Dance Event and instantly hit it off, judging by their decision to craft up a tune together. They met again in Justin Prime’s studio and three days later, ‘Drowning’ had been forged. Their next collaboration is already in the works.
As an audio engineer, Justin Prime worked with various big names in the music industry, including U2’s Bono. His own career as a DJ and producer kicked off in 2012 by way of gargantuan EDM hit ‘Cannonball’, made in collaboration with Dutch duo Showtek. Moreover, Justin Prime’s current discography lists a number of relentless creations and official remixes for some of the most prominent artists in the world, including David Guetta, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Flo Rida, and Iggy Azalea.
We Are Loud consists of Bjorn van den Biggelaar and Daniel Ortgiess, who had already been making waves in the scene individually before joining forces. So far, they familiarized the likes of Showtek, Wolfpack, Fedde Le Grand, and more with their productions skills, in addition to playing some of the most acclaimed venues and festivals in Indonesia, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Ibiza (Amnesia), and the Netherlands.
