The energetic Dutch duo Lucas & Steve reveal their biggest track of the year, in the classic melody “Adagio For Strings”.

Having already received huge support from many DJs, the track is now out on Spinnin’ Records.

In a classic fashion, the track opens giving you a hair-raising feeling and no we’re not exaggerating. With the bass getting heavy, and the piano chords adding a magical flavor to the production, the track progresses enigmatically. The amazing drop has already set many a crowd into a frenzy with its electrifying energy and lovely breaks! With a passionate music video that covers many candid moments of the duo, off and on the stage, the track is definitely going to entertain you.

“We’ve been raised with classical music, Lucas’ mother even is a pianist, so this music has always been an integral part of us. Listening to the original ‘Adagio For Strings’ by Samuel Barber really inspired us to make our own version. The chords are so magical, and to add our own sound to it felt very natural – definitely a joy and honor to build something special with these melodies! So yeah, a match made in heaven if you ask us!” – Lucas & Steve

Having seen a scintillating 2018 so far, with performances all over the world, the duo has created huge waves. From the Miami Music Week to their mainstage appearance at Tomorrowland, from Sensation Jakarta to the Amsterdam Dance Event, they have enthralled one and all.

With tracks like “Source”, “Skyline Worldwide”, and the popular hits like “I Could Be Wrong”, “You Don’t Have To Like It”, and “Where Have You Gone”, the duo has seen immense success and a great rise in their popularity.

The track has seen support form the likes of Hardwell, Oliver Heldens, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Afrojack and W&W apart from the many stages that they have themselves dropped it at. As the year comes to a close, this release seems fitting- propelling them towards a more exciting 2019! What do you think of this track?
