The dream team returns! After scoring a worldwide hit with their collab single ‘Outlines’, back in 2014, Mike Mago and Dragonette are now back with the next step in their cooperation. And yes, ‘Secret Stash’ is all it promises to be, and it’s out now on HEXAGON.
Dutch DJ Mike Mago seems to have a subscription on delivering feelgood house tunes. After his 2014 breakthrough hit single ‘Outlines’ took him to the stars, he continued to stay on top of his game last year, blasting out major tracks on his home imprint BMKLTSCH as well as work up some high profile remixes for Avicii, Clean Bandit and Ellie Goulding.
Meanwhile he released an overwhelming house tune in the shape of his 2015 summer gem ‘Deeper Love’, followed up this year by a brand new collab with KC Lights, presenting the much acclaimed ‘Daylight’, and working with upcoming artist Leon Lour, on the popular club tune ‘Higher’.
Dragonette on its turn has followed a likewise triumphal path. The Canadian band has dropped several acclaimed albums the last ten years, and worked together with artists like Martin Solveig and Don Diablo. Recently, the group released a much played dance track together with Dada and Paul Harris in the form of ‘Red Heart Black’, while working with Philip George on the single ‘Feel This Way’ earlier this year.
And now, the dream team is back; Mike Mago and Dragonette’s lead singer Martina prove the chemistry is still there with the amazing vocal dance tune ‘Secret Stash’, out now on Don Diablo’s HEXAGON label.
