Paul van Dyk releases an amazing new single which features Plumb, Music Rescues Me.
The track is taken from his ninth studio album which is also of the same name. The track also sees the master producer collaborate with two guys from his recent time releases.
On the vocals, Paul has Plumb, who reminds one of the 2012 releases, I Don’t Deserve You while it also has a co-writer in the form of Jonny McDaid who featured on Home and is also a great friend of van Dyk.
The album opener is an amazing song which liberates you from the tantrums of your mind. With rich guitars and an upbeat rhythm, the track elevates you within yourself, thanks to the euphoric music and the emotive vocals from Plumb. One is sure to get immersed in this beauty of a production which blends melodies with energetic beats in an impeccable fashion. Surely, it can rescue you if you’re lost!
“Music’s ability to conjure imagery, fuel memories, get us through the tougher times and soundtrack the good ones, is awe inspiring. It’s both force and a gift and although I’ve been involved with it for a long time, I’ll never completely understand it. I feel that’s a big part of what keeps it so magical for me and Plumb & Johnny have helped me pay tribute to all that through this release” – Paul van Dyk
Paul, who has so far had a stellar year, received the Trance Master Award at the 21st DJ Awards. The event took place at Ibiza Town’s Heart venue on the 12th of September and Paul was also joined by other revered artists including Andy C, Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Hernan Cattaneo.
The release of his Music Rescues Me album is less than a month away and the launch show will happen at The Printworks in London. You can grab your tickets right away to that show!
