DJ Mag Top 100 DJ and party-starting producer Plastik Funk continues to craft anthems for the modern age, bringing a funk-house sound and uplifting takes to epic releases, he now joins up with a friend and now collaborator Rudeejay for the huge ‘Sideways’!
Rudeejay has constantly put Italy on the map throughout his illustrious career, from collaborations with Tiësto, to being supported by the crème de le crème in the scene by names such as Hardwell, NERVO, Diplo, The Chainsmokers and more, ‘Sideways’ is a merger of the industry’s top-tier talents that is sure to dominate the Summer months.
Featuring exclusive writings and a unique vocal from Crooked Bangs, ‘Sideways’ shimmers in with sunshine-ready bursts of synth, as a hyper mutated vocal twists atop the shining-from-the-speakers beat. Juxtaposing with the lyric ”Lets just say, tomorrow is a new day” that travels atop a bold house beat, the tension pulls tighter come the build-up to prepare the audience for the ensuing, enveloping onslaught of joyous fun.
