One of UK’s finest producers is the young and creative, Rogue. After a great run so far with his releases, he’s back with a new single in “Oceans” this year on the label that has supported him even in the past – Monstercat.

With an opening that takes you to the seashores in your mind, the track illuminates with the melodic elements and the subtle synth works in the background. As the vocals take over, the track is supported by some thumping beats, some bad-ass electronic guitar bits and a vibe that falls somewhere between rock and EDM. The drop is really groovy with a futuristic flavor to it, making it a really addictive bit even on the very first listen! The pace picks up towards the end and leaves you with a really enriched feeling!

Excited about his first release of the year, Rogue said, “Hyped to be releasing my first song of the year. This song builds on the vision I’ve got for my sound, and I just can’t wait for people to hear it.”. After listening to the track, we just know why he was so eager to show it to everyone – it is really well crafted!

Having made an entry into the scene in 2011, Joel Hunt of Birmingham has been a rising force in the UK dance music industry. He is acclaimed for his unique style of blending the impact of modern bass music with the raw emotion that can be captured with enchanting melodies and even cinematic orchestral breaks, creating an explosion of musical color that creates a vivid impact.

His track “Exogenesis” reached #1 in the Dubstep category on Beatport and stayed there for over a month. His net release “Forever” also went straight to number 1 in the Electronica
charts respectively. Showing no pause, the subsequent EP “Earth” reached the top
five dance albums on iTunes in numerous countries on pre-orders alone, then
topped the charts again upon release.

What do you make of this first release of his, this year? Leave your comments below and don’t forget to download the track here.
