Multi-platinum singer-songwriter and global superstar Shawn Mendes has released the video for his latest single, – Lost In Japan.
The video features both the original song as well as the “Lost In Japan (Remix)” with a cameo from multi-platinum, GRAMMY award-winning artist/DJ/producer Zedd, who collaborated with Shawn on the remix.
Set in Tokyo, the video is inspired by scenes from the film Lost In Translation, with Shawn taking on Bill Murray’s character, Bob Harris and Alisha Boe (13 Reasons Why) playing Scarlett Johansson’s character, Charlotte. The video was directed by Jay Martin.
Lost In Japan” is the 2nd single from Shawn’s self-titled 3rd album, following smash hit “In My Blood,”. The original version of the song has already gone GOLD, with combined streams of the song reaching over 250M.
