It hasn’t been too long since the time we have been teased of Skrillex’s collaboration with Hikaru Utada on the track “Face My Fears”.
The track featured earlier, on the trailer for the popular video game “Kingdom Hearts III”, which caused a lot of buzz.
Now, the track has finally been released and the “Kingdom Hearts III” journey will begin on a rather high note! Skrillex’s love for the video game space and the willingness to collaborate with stars all across the globe has gotten him to create this exciting new single.
Beginning on an airy note, the track is graced by some tingling melodies and bright instrumentals in the background. Vocals leave a lasting impact on you and as that happens, Skrillex’s signature musical display is in full swing. Dramatic yet not over-done, intricate yet energetic, this track sees one of Skrillex’s unique compositions till date!
While there’s an English version you’ll absolutely fall in love with, the track also sees a Japanese version to it, and we are certain that you’ll also love the other two tracks on the “Face My Fears” EP – “Don’t Think Twice” and “Chikai”.
