Freshly restyled label SOURCE proudly presents its first mixtape of the year: Winter Mix 2017. Delivered by mystery act Mida it’s turned into a sweet ride through deep house music, from pop to deep grooves, underlining the label’s revamped 2017 sound.
Launched in 2015, SOURCE burst onto the scene with a series of exciting new deep house gems. The label proved itself as a headstrong label with the most varied and high quality deep house music, presenting popular tracks by artists like LVNDSCAPE, Bolier, Redondo, Mount Dreams, Ferreck Dawn, Shoffy featuring Lincoln Jesser, CADE, Nuits d’Etoiles, Aevion and Vintage Culture.
2017 sees the label present itself fully restyled, scheduling an ambitious list of fresh releases pushing its familiar sound to surprising new grounds. This was recently kicked off with Zaeden featuring Cimo Fränkel – ‘City Of The Lonely Hearts’, Mida’s instant classic ‘Believe’ and the Adrian Lux club favorite ‘All Aloud’. Besides fresh new music, the label will also present several season mixes this year, delivered by key SOURCE artists, emphasizing the sound it represents.
To start off, anonymous act Mida delivers the first SOURCE season mix, aptly titled Winter Mix 2017. It’s a collection of vocal house tunes, moving from pop styled tracks to upwinding house grooves, breathing both a classic as forward thinking approach to dance music.
