Production features behind the scenes footage of gig at Hackney venue, The Glove That Fits!
When two master producers come together, the outcome will inevitably be spectacular! The same was true when Sub Focus & Dimension came together for their collaborative effort on “Desire”. The track, which was Annie Mac’s Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1, has now received an official music video.
It’s a unique approach that the artists have taken in this effort as the entire music video is shot on a mobile phone, capturing the incredible reception of the track when it was dropped in a b2b performance at The Glove That Fits venue.
Best known for his live shows, Sub Focus is someone who has a bunch of crazy production skills in his bag. His singles “Tidal Wave” and “Turn Back Time” made huge noise in the industry as he quickly rose in the scene, with performances at Creamfields, SW4, Amnesia Ibiza along with his headline show at Brixton Academy earlier this year.
One of the UK’s fastest rising stars, Dimension has achieved widespread acclaim for his unique style and influential productions. His previous single ‘Rush’, an anthemic collaboration with Wilkinson, scored his fourth ‘Hottest Record’ status with Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1. Dimension started the year with the debut sold-out show and also launched his Fabriclive 98 mix CD. He played at many respected stages this year, which includes Creamfields, Pukklepop, We Are Electric, Boomtown and Electric Forest.
The artists have had a year to remember and will certainly carry the momentum into the new year. What better way to mark the end of the year than giving a taste of what they’ve done so far, through this music video!
