Colorado trio Sunsquabi have managed to gather what is quite a rampant following, and this is due to their groundbreaking live act that fuses elements of electro-funk and performance components of a jam band. Ready to unveil the band’s next chapter, Sunsquabi have now released a brand new EP titled ‘Deluxe.’
Their second full-length effort under GRiZ’s All Good Records, ‘Deluxe’ hears Sunsquabi build upon ‘Odyssey-‘ the band’s 2016 debut EP that saw them collaborate with Big Gigantic and label-head GRiZ. On ‘Deluxe,’ Sunsquabi continue the tastemaker collabs, one with Russ Liquid on “Pygmy Up” and another with Late Night Radio on “Cinnamon.” Fans of the classic Sunsquabi sound will find a quick favorite with laidback funk production “Dexter” feat. Nick Gerlach, and looking toward the future of the band, check out the Ratatat-inspired “Deluxe” whose instrumental composition draws from psychedelic rock and organic instrumentation.

Now that the EP has been released, Sunsquabi are wasting no time taking their music on the road with a 18-city tour in support of the record, as well as a EP release party in Denver which you can relive via video stream here
