The Night comes back with another amazing release – Set Me Free, that is surely going to make you want to dance all day.
The Night have displayed earlier as well, their ability in producing catchy music, and here once again are going to make you feel really good, after their debut release ‘Different Story’.
Starting off with the melodies that are crisp, coupled with some sharp vocals, they set the mood of the track quite nicely. As the drums start to make their impact, the synth works which are prominent, start to catch your attention. Diving into an interlude that is everything you’d expect before a rich and vibrant latter half of the song! It brings together old school melodies and modern dance music vibes quite incredibly.
The Night are a pop/ electronic duo consisting of Daniel Stephens and Alana Watson. The pair also make up two thirds of the Grammy award winning electronic band, Nero. In late 2016, shortly before getting married to one another, Dan and Alana began work on a side project, the purpose of which was to give them a creative outlet that was totally unlike Nero. The freedom of a blank canvas coupled with a clear vision, lead to them quickly amassing a substantial body of work for The Night. Different Story will be the first in a long line of scheduled releases. The couple are already planning their live concept for The Night.
The duo has truly portrayed their creative best which they are known for under the name NERO as well. NERO has to its credits, tracks like ‘Promises’, and the hit, ‘Into The Night’ and it only gets exciting to see new kind of music coming out under the new side-project in the form of The Night. Giving themselves room to experiment with their music music much deeper, they are set to create more chart-topping music!
